<div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Build and manage stakeholder relationships</li>
<li>Work closely with client’s business and IT stakeholders to understand their business requirements</li>
<li>Contribute to the design and implementation of new technologies to revolutionize scientific and laboratory processes</li>
<li>Participate in interviews, site visits, laboratory walkthroughs and facilitated sessions with business users</li>
<li>Analyse requirements to determine priority and business value</li>
<li>Contribute to projects that digitise and optimise laboratory operations<br><br></li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div>
<div>
<ol>
<li>Degree in a relevant field such as in science, engineering, biochemistry or pharmaceutical</li>
<li>High emotional quotient (EQ) - a person that others enjoy working with others</li>
<li>MS Office suite familiarity</li>
<li>Exceptional analytic and critical thinking skills, troubleshooting skills, and ability to work independently or within a team</li>
<li>Flexibility to travel within the EU and globally, based on client demands</li>
<li>A passion for continuous learning and development, particularly in technology and data science disciplines</li>

<li>Build and manage stakeholder relationships</li>
<li>Expand ADIGILEAP client footprint</li>
<li>Mentor and coach junior team members</li>
<li>Work closely with client’s business and IT stakeholders to understand their business requirements</li>
<li>Contribute to the design and implementation of new technologies to revolutionize scientific and laboratory processes</li>
<li>Participate in interviews, site visits, laboratory walkthroughs and facilitated sessions with business users</li>
<li>Analyse requirements to determine priority and business value</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for business process improvement, including changes required to successfully adopt new laboratory data management solutions</li>
<li>Participate in/lead project delivery</li>
<li>Project triple constraint management in project delivery<br><br></li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div>
<div>
<ol>
<li>Degree in a relevant field such as in science, engineering, biochemistry or pharmaceutical</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in the lab informatics domain</li>
<li>High emotional quotient (EQ) - a person that others enjoy working with others</li>
<li>Familiarity with lab informatics applications (LIMS, ELN, CDS, SDMS etc)</li>
<li>MS Office suite familiarity</li>
<li>Exceptional analytic and critical thinking skills, troubleshooting skills, and ability to work independently or within a team</li>
<li>Flexibility to travel within the EU and globally, based on client demands</li>
<li>A passion for continuous learning and development, particularly in technology and data science disciplines</li>
